Houman Fakhimi

Mr. Fakhimi is a graduate of Whittier Law School and University of California, Irvine with honors. He has represented major California business entities for the past four years (see a list of our clients). Mr. Fakhimi is a seasoned litigator with many jury trials on his resume and he personally oversees all of the firm's litigation files.

David Schwarz

David Schwarz received his Law degree from Western State University, and his Bachelor's degree from UCLA. Mr. Schwarz's areas of concentration are Family Law and Criminal Defense. Mr. Schwarz has been a part of some of the more prestigious law offices in the Orange County area.

Rachelle Shakoori (former member)

Rachelle Shakorri was one of the founding members of the firm and has since moved on to become the Associate Counsel at SimpleTech Inc. a local leader in the semiconductor and memory industry. Ms. Shakoori, still maintains a close relationship with Fakhimi & Associates and is a resource for knowledge and information for the firms attorneys. Rachelle's main areas of expertiese are contarct law, creditor's rights, and commercial alw. Ms. Shakoori is a graduate of Pepperdine Law School, cum laude, and University of California, Irvine. Ms. Shakoori's prior experiences include work at the Amnesty International London where she participated in drafting the constitution for the country of Sri Lanka, Ms. Shakoori is fluent in Spanish, French, and Farsi.
