General Counsel Program
Due to our perceived need for law firms to provide services to businesses such as that which could be provided by an "in-house" attorney, Fakhimi & Associates has created a program which would give our small to mid-size business clients convenient access to a wealth of information and experience gained as a result of years of practice. Once signed up for this program our clients will have Fakhimi & Associates, as their general counsel and can rely on our services on their demand.

The General Counsel program allows our business clients to have an experienced team of attorneys address all of their legal concerns, from the most basic need and choice regarding the proper legal structure of business (such as a corporation or partnership), to the numerous issues that impact the operation of your business. (such as drafting agreements, labor law and compliance issues.) This unique program becomes exceptionally attractive to our clients when they are involved in litigation.
